About Tiu Kiev Backpackers
Hostel is one of the newest, cheapest and best located hostel in Kiev.
Only 20 mins walk to the train station and 20 mins walk to the
Independence square.
We have a kitchen in where guests can prepare food. Our kitchen is
fully equiped.
We have a common room with a plasma TV, DVD, play station and cable
with English and European channels.
Our staff are fluent in English and helpfull. International TIU hostels
are operating under Hostelling International-Ukraine license and are
English and Ukrainian owned hostels making sure you have the warm
Ukrainian welcome combined with western standards. All our hostels have
been inspected by the Ukrainian youth Hostel Association for compliance
with HI standards.
We can get taxis to the airport for 150 uah
WE PAY FOR YOUR TAXI TO ANOTHER HOSTEL If you arrive at our hostel and
you find it is not the newest and coolest hostel in Kiev.

Please note that we welcome everyone irrespective of age, gender,
political views etc. !
If you are a member of Hostelling International and have
a valid card, you get a special member price in all official HI hostels
(MINUS 1 EUR per night per
person), which will be discounted from your “Balance Due” upon arrival.
Membership cards can be bought at your National Youth Hostel
Association (visit www.hihostels.com for contact details of your
national association) or in one of our hostels in Ukraine.
