Underground base of submarines
|
In the summer of 2003 the underground base of submarines which have constructed almost half-centuries ago under personal control of Hryshev, at first has opened for visitors. The factory is a mysterious, gloomy and artful zone, once here were played fantastic mysteries of "cold war" .
Today you can walk around the empty workshops of a factory and to see channels where military submarines once came.

The factory by repairing of submarines in Balaclava amazes with the huge area and durability. Constructed in 1961, it is capable to sustain the nuclear attack. In case of threat of a direct nuclear attack the factory was capable to be closed tightly and independently to exist three months. The factory had own bakery, warehouses for storage of products and combustive-lubricating materials, and also hospital.

Ruins of Fortress Chembalo

In the middle of XIV century Genoeses have located in a bay of Symbols. Their fortress towers on a Fortification wall over an entrance in Balaklava bay. In 1475 Chembalo was captured by Turks, given it the new name - Balak-Juve « the fish jack ». After three centuries Turks have left a fortress. This fortress also is known for that here banished deposed the Tatar khans from Bakhchisarai

Cape Fiolent
Cape Fiolent - a paradise place on coast of Black sea. In an antiquity cape Fiolent named "Parfenij", that in translation with ancient greek means « the Temple of Deva ». In Sevastopol dolphinarium representation is very spectacly! The program of sea cats Kyzi and Seni is very various, there are many comic numbers. And the program of dolphins basically is constructed on every possible combinations of driving of the trainer. In the program participate four dolphins : Danja, Gavrysha, Zojka and Lilja. In Sevastopol dolphinarium you can swim 15 minutes in small pool with dolphin Genja.

Chersonesus of Tavria

The city is based in V a century up to AD. In I century it belonged to Roman empire, after Byzantium. In Middle Ages Russian named it Korsyn - it is a place of a christening of prince Vladimir. Time, and the ground buried under itself ruins of once big and fine city. Regular excavation have helped to restore a history of the ancient city - state.
